Success is a Journey Not a Destination

How do you define Success? Is it by the amount of money you make? Is it a position you want to achieve? To everyone it means something different.

What does "Success is a Journey Not a Destination" really mean?

When you achieve that position or that monetary goal that you are aiming for, does that mean that you have achieved success so you can quit what you are doing? Of course not! Really that is when it really begins, just like a student at graduation, whether it is from high school or a university, the day of graduation isn't the successful part...the journey that got them there is why they graduated.  Also the work just begins, because it is after graduation you have to go on to either a university if just graduated from high school (or get a job) or a career if graduating from university!
I have achieved many successes in my life, but have never thought that "I had arrived"  whenever a goal was achieved. It is  then that there was accountability for either that position or "success" that had been attained.
What ever your definiation of "success" is then you have to take action on a daily basis to achieve it! It does not happen over night and does not occur on it's own. You have to have dedication and a PASSION for what you believe in,
I believe in everyones God given ability to achieve any thing they set their mind to!!
